Sara Gossett is a board-certified physician assistant licensed in Illinois with over a decade of clinical experience dedicated to non-surgical orthopedic care and regenerative treatments. She holds degrees in biology and health sciences from Olivet Nazarene University and Butler University, and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Butler.

Sara’s focus at the Joint Preservation Clinic is on providing advanced non-surgical options, including ultrasound-guided orthobiologic injections such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and comprehensive conservative care tailored to each patient’s needs. She believes in collaborative care that empowers patients to take control of their joint health, mitigate pain, and achieve lasting function.

Known for her compassionate manner and commitment to evidence-based practice, Sara works closely with patients and the clinical team to coordinate seamless care from evaluation through recovery and long-term maintenance.
